About The Food Factory
The Food Factory opened its doors on November 15th 2000. Since that time we have experienced tremendous growth and have established an outstanding reputation for quality and superior service.
We serve New York style sandwiches using Boar’s Head Brand products, soups and salads. The concept is all about great food. All of our soups, salads and entrees are made here.
What’s unique at the The Food Factory is the commitment to freshness and quality. Our customer service and friendly atmosphere cannot be found anywhere else in the Triangle.
We received a favorable write up from Greg Cox in the the News & Observer in June, 2008. We have earned several awards in recent years. In 2004 and 2005 the The Cary News reader’s poll voted The Food Factory as the Best Place for Lunch we also won the 2005 Maggy award from Cary Magazine’s Best of Wake issue for Best Deli. In 2006 we won the Best Takeout in the Cary News Best of the West issue. In 2007 we have picked up the Maggy award for “Most Creative Sandwich”. These awards recognizing the The Food Factory for excellence represents a standard we work hard every day to maintain.
We have many loyal regular customers. Our goal is not only for them to enjoy their meal, but to have fun during the time they are here. We accomplish that by knowing our customers. It is important to get to know people by name, remember what they like whenever possible and most of all go out of our way to make them feel at home.
We meet the needs of our customers whether they wish to dine in, grab the taste of New York deli to go for catering. Our customers have grown to expect the best when coming to The Food Factory, and we work hard to meet or exceed those expectations.
We do not advertise. All of our growth has been through word of mouth. It is important that every meal, every day, is so good that people will continue to tell their friends.
